All Jane's prints are printed by her with water based inks onto SomersetSatin 300 mgs paper. Each print is numbered, titled, dated and signed by Jane.  They are sold unframed and will be sent rolled in a sturdy tube, protected by acid free tissue paper and a cellophane bag.  Some smaller prints may be sent flat, within a strong hardback envelope.  Larger prints can be sent flat if requested.

Due to the nature of screen printing and the handmade process, please note that there may be slight variations between each edition.  Every effort has been made to represent the true colours of the prints on the website but they might differ from monitor to monitor.

Postage and packing

Postage and packing is free within the UK and will be sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce.  A signature is needed on delivery.  Smaller prints will be sent via 24 hr Special Delivery.  If you need your print or item by a certain date as a gift, please email Jane.

All prints are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For.

Taxes: All custom charges, taxes or import duties that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the purchaser

Returns

We accept returns within 28 days of delivery.  To accept a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage.  In the event that your product arrives damaged please contact Jane.  We will replace any items which have arrived in a damaged condition.
